Nancy Martin (Washington Crossing, PA) had three-bet Renata Colache's opening raise to 75,000, and when the action folded around, Rentata made the call:

Colache would check to Nancy, who would then bet 100,000. Renata went into the tank, but eventually went all-in (Nancy had a little over 110,000 behind). Martin made the call and the cards were tabled:

River: 7♦
Colache gained some more outs on the turn, but spiked one of the two last sevens in the deck. Martin goes out in 35th ($1,317), while Renata chips up to over 700,000.
