Matt Maccaroni (Hamilton, NJ) was all-in for his last ~30,000 on the turn, with Barry Leventhal contemplating the call. The board was Q♣ 2♦ 5♦ 3♦, and after cutting out the chips and giving it some thought, Barry made the call. It was the Q♠Q♦ of Maccaroni against the A♦ 9♥ of Leventhal. Matt had to fade a 4 or a diamond, and he did just that, doubling up to over 100,000.
